Hi! I'm Julie Dearing, Certified Professional Life Coach and recovering perfectionist (Enneagram 1). I used to believe that if I followed the formula I was given for how to have a "good" life, I would get it. WELLLLLLLL that turned out not to be true and thank God for that! Life is messy and, at times, hard and painful.
Partnership with a coach made me see beauty in the mess and mostly, in myself. The more I learned to love all of the parts of me, the more my thinking shifted. I started showing up a truer version of myself and found freedom and joy in that.
Now, I help others to do the same.

I received my undergrad business degree from the University of Georgia - Go Dawgs! Then, received my MBA in 2013.
I have worked in corporate, small business, nonprofit, and government
I am a Lark's Song Certified Coach (LSCC), receiving over 180 hours of rigorous training from Lark's Song, an accredited coach training program.
I love podcasts (typically business, parenting & mental health) and reading (my current obsession is anything by Abby Jimenez!)
I have two young kids and a feisty Boston Terrier named Otis.
I'm a true southern girl- I love boiled peanuts, potlucks and Big Mama's famous lemonade
